Chief Executive Officer
Warren built his reputation in RegTech by founding W2, one of the UK’s early identity and risk orchestration platforms used for KYC, AML, KYB and fraud checks. In 2025, he launched eyeDP, an AI-powered intelligent document processing platform that processes and analyses document content, detects tampering, validates against third-party sources, and streamlines compliance for regulated firms. Warren helped shape industry standards as co-founder of the Age Verification Providers Association (AVPA), a global trade body for age-assurance providers. He advises the Emerging Fintech Forum (EFF), a US-based network for cross-border fintech collaboration, and assisted UK lawmakers in designing parts of the Digital Economy Act, focusing on online child protection.
Chief Technology Officer
A technologist at heart with a background in self-driving cars, efficient algorithms and innovation-driven development, Toby is also a published author and has given guest lectures at Cardiff University. Having since pursued a career in entrepreneurship, consulting CTO/CPO for a variety of startups and scaleups across Europe, his main interest is now driving innovation and systems thinking/problem-solving. He co-founded a meetup community called AI Wales, which grew to 1,000 members in just three years. As a result, this group has generated an influx of knowledge in artificial intelligence and supporting technologies in South Wales.
Director of Customer Operations
Jess leads customer operations at eyeDP, unifying pre-sales, onboarding, post-sales, and customer success into one accountable journey focused on time-to-value, adoption, and measurable outcomes. She has over 10 years of expertise in FinTech/RegTech, including roles at Fidelity Information Services (FIS) and W2 Global Data Solutions, where she rose to become head of customer success before being appointed head of channel and partnerships. She ensures eyeDP’s customers fully use the tech, realise value fast and consistently exceed their goals. Jess is experienced in commentary on KYC/KYB and regulatory trends and is focused on customers obtaining full value from eyeDP’s services.
CFO & NED
Stephen is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the technology space. He has held senior financial and operational roles with UK and International software businesses, including JD Edwards, Adobe, and Siemens eServGlobal. More recently, Steve exited his role within the Access Group in 2019, following a successful investment from Hg Capital, which valued the business in excess of £1bn. Since then, he has focused on supporting hyper-growth software businesses in diverse markets as an investor, advisor and non-executive director.
NED
Mark is the founder and commercial director of Stripe OLT and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector. He began his career in the creative industry, managing technical projects for complex web applications before moving into a consultative role focused on the design and specification of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Today, Mark serves as an outsourced CTO for several UK-based organisations, providing strategic technology guidance while continuing to lead the commercial strategy and operations at Stripe OLT.

Paul is an experienced technology and product leader, having worked on projects at the intersection of innovation, AI, and impact for the past two decades. With a background spanning startup growth, digital transformation, and applied AI, he specialises in helping mission-driven teams turn complex ideas into real-world products. His work combines deep technical insight with a strong commitment to ethical, human-centred design.
Strategic Advisor (Technology Architecture)
Simon is a veteran software developer and systems architect with more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications across multiple sectors. He’s led full lifecycle builds of multi-tier web systems and large-scale databases for blue-chip and public-sector clients, including IBM, Canal + and Zurich. He brings a pragmatic approach, blending architecture depth and delivery discipline to build secure, scalable services, while keeping a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
