eyeDP, an AI-powered document intelligence platform focused on KYC and compliance, has announced a partnership with Australian share sale specialist Unbroker.
As part of its planned international expansion from Australia into the UK market, Unbroker sought a trusted partner to strengthen its compliance and fraud prevention capabilities ahead of launch.
With increasing concerns around the authenticity of certified documents across jurisdictions, the company required advanced tamper detection technology to help identify potential document manipulation, alongside robust Bank Account Verification solutions to support secure customer onboarding and operational compliance in new markets.
Under the partnership, Unbroker will leverage eyeDP’s technology to streamline document verification, risk detection, and compliance workflows, particularly for issuer-sponsored and registry-managed holdings involving estates, trusts, and company structures.
“One-off share sales often involve highly manual and fragmented compliance processes,” Jess Whitehouse, Director of Customer Operations at eyeDP, said. “Our role is to bring clarity and consistency to KYC and document handling, enabling partners like Unbroker to deliver faster, more reliable outcomes.”
Founded in 2025, eyeDP has seen strong early traction, driven by demand for more advanced document intelligence as AI-driven fraud increases. The company recently closed its late Seed round on 28 March, backed by experienced investors, to support continued product development and growth.
“This partnership is a strong example of how our technology can be applied to real-world, high-friction workflows,” added Jess Whitehouse. “We’re focused on giving organisations confidence in every decision, especially where compliance risk is highest.”
Unbroker specialises in facilitating one-off share sales without requiring trading accounts or ongoing commitments, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and handling complex ownership structures.
“KYC and compliance are critical in the types of transactions we manage,” said Reece Shelby, Managing Director at Unbroker. “Working with eyeDP allows us to strengthen these processes while maintaining the simplicity and efficiency our clients expect.”
